- Front-to-back: Minimum of 16" W x 21" D.

- Includes an 18" high front and 10" high back for optimal bin support.
- Removable lid provided without pre-cut waste bin openings, allowing customization to fit specific bin dimensions.
- Optional 35-quart (8.75-gallon) waste bin available for purchase, with lid cutouts tailored to fit the included bin.

Drawer Box Assembly
Standard dovetail drawers are made fully assembled. Unassembled dovetail drawers are available upon request.
Drawer Box Sanding
After assembly, drawer sides are run through a side sanding belt, followed by two rounds of top sanding by hand to create a flat, flush top, and a final edge break post-finish.
Drawer Box Finish
After drawer box assembly and initial prep sanding, we apply two coats of a water-based, clear lacquer by hand to ensure a consistent and smooth finish.
Size Specifications and Tolerances
Eagle Woodworking manufactures all wood products to the nearest 1/16" or 1.6mm, allowing for a tolerance of +/-1/32" or +/-0.8mm.

Our standard lead time for dovetail drawers and drawer inserts is 1-2 weeks.
What wood types are available for trash pull-out drawers?
All our custom inserts are available in our standard wood types of soft maple, white oak and walnut. Requests for other wood types can be accommodated but may require longer than normal lead times.
How do I measure for trash pull-out drawers?
No special measurements are required. Use the standard drawer measurement instructions to determine your drawer dimensions.
Our standard trash pull-out drawer will include a 18" high front and 10" back.
For any non-standard requests, annotate the request in the 'notes' section of the order form.
What are the minimum dimensions for a trash drawer?
For a single trash bin, the minimum dimensions are:

For a double trash drawer with the trash bins to be placed front and back when opening the drawer, the minimum dimensions are:

Are the tops on the trash drawers secured?
No, the tops to the drawer drawers are not secured or screwed down.
Is the trash bin cut out provided in the top?
Our standard trash pull-out drawers do not have cut outs in the top for the trash drawer. This is to allow the customer to cut the hole for the exact trash bin they will be using.
If trash bins are included in the order, a trash cut out is provided.
We can provide a trash cut out in the top upon request.

Our drawer order dimensions are based on the measurements for the actual drawers, not the cabinet openings.
To determine drawer dimensions, deductions from the cabinet opening are required based on the drawer thickness and hardware pairing.
Request a Quote
Visit our Drawer Order page to fill out the quote and order form. Enter your details and drawer box information.
New customers will receive a quote first, regardless of selecting 'order'.
Select Drawer Option N to add a Trash Pull-Out Drawer to your drawer order.
Confirm Order
Quotes are delivered via email, where you may approve and convert to an order by clicking the ‘Approve Quote’ button within the email.
Once approved, new customers will be prompted to enter their payment information directly into our secure payment processor.
Once an order is confirmed by Eagle Woodworking, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement via email.
Track Order Progress
Eagle Woodworking sends updates on your order progress as it moves through our production stages: order acknowledged, order scheduled for production, order in production, order complete.
We also provide an online portal to view and manage all your quotes, orders, and invoices as well as make payments.
Delivery
Once your order is complete, Eagle Woodworking will package your drawers for delivery, taking extra precautions to ensure nothing is damaged during shipping. We offer an internal Eagle Delivery service or customer pick-up for local customers.
For customers outside of our internal delivery area, we will ship via small parcel or pallet, whichever is cheaper for the customer.
